Refund policy
Thank you for shopping at Ārogya!
Within the first 14 days of receiving your product, you can request a return and refund. You will not be given a return and refund option if 14 days have passed since the delivery date. We will accept returns and refund requests until January 5, 2024, during the Christmas season (beginning November 9, 2023).
If you receive an order with missing products (s) or if you receive the incorrect product (different colour or model, for example, or swapped products) in your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to report this. Unless otherwise specified, all products are shipped in the same order.
Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
- We don't take back hygiene items like toothbrushes, tongue scrapers, massage tools, nasal lotuses, and hairbrushes and combs unless they are broken.
- Your item must not have been used or opened, and it must be in the same condition as when it was delivered.
- The item must be in its original packaging to be eligible.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the return.
- We do not accept postage or cash on delivery of returns.
- We only give refunds for things that were bought at full price. Items bought on sale or at a discount cannot be returned.
- Free items, such as gifts or bonuses, will not be refunded.
- Please return items in a safe and responsible way, as we reserve the right to refuse damaged items if you just changed your mind.
- Choose only reliable and professional delivery services that provide proof of delivery.
At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse returns of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions.
Exchanges
We do not exchange items; you can always return the items and place a new order. If you got a damaged item, please let us know right away at vendas@arogya.earth and send it back to us at: ÃROGYA - SOCIEDADE UNIPESSOAL, LDA. Rua Afonso Galo n 37 r/c Esquerdo, 2800-664 Almada, Portugal.
Notifications
We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item following its receipt and inspection. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on the payment method used and the bank's processing time.
Refunds are received late or not received at all.
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially credited.

Shipping for Returns
- You can only send things to ÃROGYA - SOCIEDADE UNIPESSOAL, LDA. Rua Afonso Galo n 37 r/c Esquerdo, 2800-664 Almada, Portugal.
- Our contact number must be clearly mentioned in the order (+351) 910-2261-63).
- The shipping cost is non-refundable! The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund, if you receive one.
- The time it takes for your product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
- You are the only one who has to pay for shipping, bank fees, and any risks that come with sending the product back.
- Please keep in mind that we cannot guarantee that your returned item will be received.
- So, we suggest that you only use professional courier services that you can trust and that can show proof of delivery.
PLEASE NOTE:
Shipping costs aren't refundable, and if you get a refund, the cost of returning the item will also be taken out.
Important! The shipping and return costs will be taken out of your refund. These costs are based on what we actually paid, not on the discounted shipping rate that shows up when you check out.
We reserve the right to charge you for the delivery cost and the return cost if your order couldn't be delivered because you gave us or the delivery company the wrong contact or delivery address, or because you didn't answer when we or the delivery company tried to reach you before trying to make the delivery.
If CTT, DPD, Fed Ex, or DHL returns your order to us for any of the following reasons, the above applies:
- It was not delivered due to an incorrect address or contact information.
- If it was not delivered because you were not present at the address you provided to us,
- If you didn't answer when we or the delivery company tried to reach you before trying to make the delivery,
- If you don't pick up your order within the time limit from the respective collection points as notified to you by the delivery company,
