Rosemary oil has astringent properties that help maintain the skin's natural balance of moisture and elasticity. Rosemary oil, when diluted and applied topically, can help cleanse pores and restore balance to oily or acne-prone skin. Due to its antibacterial properties, it is beneficial for oily and acne-prone skin. When applying the oil topically, you must first dilute it with a carrier oil.
Its ability to promote cell reproduction makes it a good choice for promoting hair thickness and growth. However, it is recommended that you dilute it with a hair oil suitable for your scalp and hair type before each use.
In Ayurveda, rosemary, also known as Rusmari, is best for vata and kapha doshas, but can also help with pitta dosha imbalance. It is pungent, bitter and astringent, as well as warm and clear.

How to Use
For a fragrant bath
Add 4 to 6 drops of oil to your relaxing bath soak.
For a relaxing massage
Warm your favourite vegetable oil or one suitable for your dosha, add a few drops of the essential oil and enjoy a relaxing massage.
As a body oil
Add a few drops of the essential oil to your favourite body oil and massage into damp skin after bathing.
For aromatherapy
Use a few drops in a diffuser burner for aromatic use.
Vaporisation
Add a few drops of peppermint essential oil to a bowl of hot water. Carefully lean over the steam and cover your head with a towel. The treatment will help open the nostrils and bring relief from a cold.
Caution! You should not exceed more than 1% of the total content, for example if you are using 10ml of massage oil then you should NOT add more than 0.1ml of the essential oil. One drop of essential oil equals 0.05 ml and 2 drops equals 0.1 ml (approximate).

Full Ingredients List: Organic Oil of Rosmarinus officinalis. Water-white to light yellow oil with a fresh, herbaceous, woody aroma.
Principal Constituents: 1,8 cineole, camphor, alpha pinene, beta pinene, borneol.
