From an Ayurvedic perspective, Palo Santo oil will relieve problems caused by the Vata and Kapha Doshas. The scent of Palo Santo is generally described as a sweet, fragrant, piney, lemony, woodsy scent. Perhaps a little musky. It is very different from any other aromatic wood available.

How to Use
Light the incense stick with a small flame. Extinguish the flame. The incense will burn for 60-70 minutes.
