For hair and scalp, the oil can also keep the scalp moist and help get rid of dandruff. Jojoba is full of vitamins and minerals that are good for hair, like vitamin C, vitamin E, copper, and zinc. It is believed that because jojoba oil strengthens hair, it can also prevent hair loss and promote hair density.
According to Ayurveda, Jojoba oil has light, cooling, and moisturising properties, making it especially beneficial for people with aggravated Vata and Pitta doshas. However, because it is lighter, jojoba oil is also suitable for people with aggravated Kapha dosha.
