When you place an order through our website at www.arogya.earth/en-mx, you are indicating that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions that govern your use of our service. It is imperative that you are aware of the following information before you go ahead and place an order:
1. When it comes to international priority shipping, we use FedEx, and when it comes to Europe, we use DPD and CTT, three of the most reputable and transparent courier services available.
2. It is our legal responsibility as an exporter to furnish our courier service with copies of the required shipping documentation and commercial invoices before they may deliver our goods internationally.
3. We make it a point to inspect each and every item before carefully packing it away using appropriate materials. This ensures that the items will remain undamaged and safe while in transit across international boundaries.
4. Once a shipment has been handed off to the courier provider, we give our clients real-time tracking and electronic updates on the location and status of their delivery.
5. Once the delivery has been made, we require a signed proof of delivery from the delivery person in order to guarantee that our customers' products are delivered to them.
6. The delivery timelines that are displayed on our shipping options when you are checking out are only estimates and do not take into account the amount of time that is required for customs officials to process your shipment.
7. When customers place an order with us from a country that is not a member of the European Union or the European Economic Area, they will not be subject to any VAT or sales tax charges.
8. Any fees associated with customs clearance or local taxes must be paid by the customer as required by their country's laws. We will not be responsible for refunding you if you refuse or are unable to do the same. Therefore, it is up to you to be well-versed in the laws of your country well in advance.
9. We will not issue a refund if you or someone you know is not available to accept delivery of the package, if you do not respond to the delivery agent who is attempting delivery to the delivery address you provided, or if the contact and delivery information you provided is incorrect or incomplete. It is your responsibility to check and double-check the contact and shipping details.
10. In the event that you cannot be reached at the delivery address, you are required to notify us as soon as possible. This will allow us to get in touch with the shipping company and work towards a solution that will allow you to receive your package. However, this will only be possible if you notify us in a timely manner.
11. If you receive a package/cardboard box/envelope that is severely damaged/crushed/unsealed/opened from the outside, take clear pictures of the same in the presence of the delivery agent and do not accept the delivery by stating the same reason to the delivery agent and by notifying us immediately (within 48 hours) so we can file an insurance claim and refund the full amount to you.
12. If you have received a faulty, damaged, or expired item or items, you must notify us within 48 hours and return the item or items to us using a reliable, traceable, and delivery-confirmation-offering courier service. Ensure that you ship the things to us within 7 business days of receiving the package, i.e., the items must be packed and shipped from your end within 7 days and the shipping date must be available on the order tracking link.
13. We do not accept returned packages that are to be paid for upon delivery and lack proof of delivery. After two to four business days of receiving the returned products, we will notify you and reimburse the full amount. Please read our Shipping and Returns Policy for further details.
14. We do not accept returns of items because the customer changed their mind, and we do not issue refunds for items that have been returned because the customer changed their mind after receiving them.
The following terminology applies to these terms and conditions, privacy statement, and disclaimer notice, as well as any and all agreements: Customer, You and Yours refer to you, the person accessing this site to accept the company's terms and conditions. The Company, Us, and Our, refer to our company. Refer to both the customer and ourselves, or just the customer or ourselves.
All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to carry out the process of our assistance to the client in the most appropriate way, whether through formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, with the express purpose of fulfilling the client's needs with respect to the provision of the company's services and products, in accordance with and subject to the applicable law.
